A week of record-high temps
and endless watermelon
When it feels almost too hot to go outside, there's no better way to beat the heat than with refreshing, summertime foods. This week, I’m highlighting a menu that includes less time with the oven on, and some fresh cooling flavors. I made the meatballs in the air fryer, steak on the grill, and stove-top favorites.
